What do you dislike about 800.com?

I understand the "rules" around the verification of using your number for texting. However, the "sign-up process" for having the ability to text is cumbersome and a deterrent. There are SOOOO MANY texting services that simply allow you to sign-up, provide a few points of data (e.g., business verification) and, upon confirming with the telco provider (which takes 1-3 days), you're off and running. Honestly, I hate how many questions you guys ask, which is why I use an entirely different service for texting. All of the verbiage confirmation and such is just noise. Ease of use and management, configurabliity, implementation and handleing of forwarding phone numbers from one 800 number to our inhouse phone system which is very seemless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the features were a bit questionalble as far as how to use and configure, but there aren't that many options and once you get farmiliar its pretty easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We send mail out to homeowners throught the country and 800,com gives us the ablilty to have our customers reach out to us without any cost to them to make the phone call and allows us to track the metrics as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
