ChangeEngine has been an absolute game-changer for our communications! The platform is incredibly intuitive and has all the tools we need to streamline our processes and keep everyone aligned.

What do you like best about ChangeEngine?

Automations & Personalization

The automation functionality has enhanced our employee onboarding process. Through scheduling tasks in the tool, we can automate to welcome new employees and remind them 5 and 30 days prior with ease, giving a smooth and customized experience.

Strong Employee Engagement

We have gained a regular and effective communication tempo through Change Engine. Our messages are now more compelling, imaginative, and properly timed to convey the information needed by employees just when they require it. Being able to address our global workers during their appropriate business hours is one of the advantages, maximizing the connection.

Content Creation Support

With 45 Moments integrated into 12 shows, our messages now are far more creative and sophisticated than ever. The ability of the tool to craft a persuasive Slack message, with beautiful imagery, in just a few minutes has been a game-changer.

Flexible Communication Channels

Change Engine has significantly improvised our internal communications through their automation and creative support features. We have automated onboarding communications, employee experience communication and allowed for more communication and transparency for many of our core HR programs. What do you like best about ChangeEngine?

ChangeEngine has leveled up all of our internal communications by a landslide. The automation piece has saved me time from manually sending emails and working with the design team Carla and Maris, they have helped up tremendously with beautiful images and written content to help share with all of our employees. What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?

One piece of feedback is the monthly shared highlights from Molly, they are always great comm sequences but we need more time to plan out the monthly comms, and sometimes by the time we receive her emails it's too late for us to take advantage. If there were a way to get next month's comm highlights sooner, that would be amazing. It's always great content so I would love to use it more but just need more time to go through the comms, make tweaks, and schedule the sends on top of the other type of sends we have already published. What do you like best about ChangeEngine?

The tool, ChangeEngine is amazing! We are able to literally "set it and forget it". To be able to this with important communication is truly understated and has saved countless hours of manpower. We've established automated communication for our new hires to enhance our onboarding process, automated communication for birthdays, and anniversaries as well just to name a few ways we are utilizing this tool. The feedback from the people leaders in our organization has been extremely positive and we are looking for even more ways to incorporate this tool within our processes and procedures. The best thing about ChangeEngine is truly the staff. They've done a great job during the implementation process to help us learn the tool. Any idea we've introduced, they've gone above and beyond our expectations to bring our ideas to reality. They are responsive, timely, and a pleasure to work with. What do you like best about ChangeEngine?

ChangeEngine has us streamline and elevate how we communicate with our team, making our efforts more consistent, efficient and on brand.

Working with Jacqui has been a great experience. Jacqui is always incredibly helpful when I need to create new graphics or content, and she consistently brings creative ideas to the table for how we can use Change Engine to boost engagement. She’s proactive, thoughtful, and always thinking a few steps ahead. Whether it's repurposing existing ChangeEngine material, optimizing our current communication plans, or helping us brainstorm something new, she is a true thought partner.

Before ChangeEngine, celebrating milestones like work anniversaries and birthdays took a lot of manual work. Now it's largely automated—and more impactful. Our team feels recognized and appreciated, which has strengthened their connection to the HR team (you can imagine HR doesn't have the best rep in most places).

Some of my favorite ways we’ve used Change Engine include: celebrating birthdays and work anniversaries, sharing reminders about upcoming global holidays, communicating key events like open enrollment and launching our annual engagement survey.

Their AI tools are also a complete bonus—great for brainstorming when you're building from scratch.

All in all, ChangeEngine has really helped transform the way we interact with our team.

What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?

The user interface could use some small tweaks to make it more user-friendly. For example when you are editing a communication, there is no easy to way to switch between different comms within a program or to go back to the previous page.

What do you like best about ChangeEngine?

I work closely with Lilian Navarro and absolutely love her and the Change Engine platform. I typically use the email feature and think it is extremely user friendly. I am actually in the process of moving some other comms off of Constant Contact over to Change Engine because I like using it so much.

Lilian is amazing to work with. If I have ever needed anything she is always so quick to respond and help me. She is a great support and we love having her as our point of contact!

What do you like best about ChangeEngine?

The partnership with ChangeEngine is seamless: I think of our reps as extensions of my team. Their communication is thoughtful, matches our style and culture, and is timely and relevant. When one of my leadership peers realized we were using them as a communication partner, they were astounded since all communications is truly in our voice. We've been able to proactively create communications that are engaging and compelling. We also save so much time not only drafting the communication, but also having it to be very consistent in terms of its voice. It is an essential tool for our HR team. What do you like best about ChangeEngine?

Designing branded content takes a lot of time, having Change Engine take the lead on that has made our lives so much easier! Also having automated moments has made sending out communications so much easier and has really improved our onboarding process! They have helped us set up automatic communications to our upcoming hires based on where they arein the process so our new team members feel they have support every step of the way and answers to any questions they might have. They have helped us with so many projects: company newsletter, handbook, company cookbook, and many more projects that have made a difference in how we communicate with out global team. I have never used a service like this before - I wish I knew about them sooner! On the back end,it's also nice to know you have CE team to support you. Their response time is great, and they always make you feel like a priority. We rely on them anytime we need something branded, so we're working with them almost every day. They have really helped close the gap on not having enough communication. Sometimes that can fall on the backburner when things get chaotic, so being able to preplan and schedule send announcements has been really helpful. The ability to map certain moments based on dates has also been extremly helpful. We no longer have to set reminders to send out onboarding surveys or birthday/anniversary messages. All of that set in CE so our team members always have what they need on time. Streamlining and removing the manual processs has taken stress off and made sure our team has what they need. What do you like best about ChangeEngine?

As a Benefits Manager in the US, I have had the pleasure of working with Change Engine, and I can confidently say that their services have significantly improved our company's employee engagement and communication.

Change Engine has automated several key processes for us, including sending out emails to new hires and follow-up emails, which has streamlined our onboarding process. They also send out birthday emails to employees and their supervisors, ensuring that everyone feels recognized and appreciated on their special day.
