What I love most about ADP Workforce Now is how it makes everything so much easier. It’s like having a one-stop shop for HR, payroll, benefits, and time management—everything is right at your fingertips. The customizable reporting tools are a game-changer, giving me clear insights into our workforce data without the headache.
I also really appreciate the employee self-service features. It’s great seeing employees feel empowered to access their own pay stubs, benefits, and personal info, which means fewer emails or calls asking for help. Plus, the way it integrates with other systems and keeps us on top of compliance? Huge win. It’s efficient, reliable, and just makes managing everything smoother. If I had to point out something I dislike about ADP Workforce Now, it would be that certain features can feel a bit clunky or overly complicated at first. Navigating some of the settings or making changes to configurations can be time-consuming, and it sometimes feels like you need to dig around to find what you’re looking for. Another thing is that while the platform offers a lot, some of the customization options for reports or workflows could be more intuitive. And let’s not forget the occasional lag—it can slow things down when you're trying to get something done quickly.
That said, once you get the hang of it, these frustrations tend to ease up. It’s not perfect, but the pros still outweigh the cons for me! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the vast functionality, analytics, and the interface the best. Overall, the platform is very user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
2 main things: 1. The Various platforms are extremely siloed (recruitment, employee, ADP Select, I9, Security Management, etc.). 2. With such a vast functionality list, resources can be scattered and frequently you must be self-sufficient to get answers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have worked with many payroll systems and ADP is by far the fastest, easiest way to process payroll.
We have the full system features that includes HR + Payroll + Time & Attendance+ Time off.
These features allow employees to clock in and out from their phones, avoiding missed punches, the supervisor notification system helps managers and approvers to keep track of employee hours and timecard errors.
By using the worksheets we can add any supplemental pay like commissions, bonuses, car/auto allowance, cellphone stipend, etc. It makes it so easy and fast to get payroll done, so we can focus on other company duties.
Lastly the time off policy help us keep track off all time off balances, to better help our employees in case of family emergencies, sick time, vacation, maternity leave and more.
In conclusion I believe ADP is a strong system, with all the necessary features to make payroll processing seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes we have little glitches on Time off balances, but we have and internal tracking system for check and balances, so we catch it and is easy to fix in the system.
And this is not a bad thing, but more of a wish, for the trainings to be a little more interactive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the ease of learning it. ADP is truly user friendly. When I first got into payroll I knew nothing about ADP. 6 years later I am pretty darn good in ADP. They let you know when things will change and what they are changing. If I ever get stuck, yes it happens. I create a support ticket and have help in a very short time. It is not a dislike so to speak. I would like to see the PTO hours zero out when we term someone. Right now as it stands we term and have to go back in to zero out, if we do not, if they are rehired their previous balance shows up. This happens even after we pay them out their PTO in final check. ADP does such a great job of staying on top of compliance and legislation with information and tools to help employers meet employee data, servicing and communication. The way information is organized and accessible is a game changer! Our Practitioners , managers and employees use the product daily and find it effective and efficient. We're so excited with each summit we attend, ADP is very innovative and is always available with the next best thing, and to improve on the already awesome products! The only thing we have trouble with are when new features are launched. Implementation has been a bit bumpy on anything not related to payroll. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All the different technology pieces, it has advanced so much in the past few years! There are options for everyone, from small companies to much larger companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When they do updates, sometimes this can undo some mapping for reports that you have created with ADP to run automatically in your payroll files. It can sometimes be cumbersome to get this fixed while processing payroll. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ADP Workforce now is a great tool combining all of our HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time, & Attendance all in one platform! No more hunting around in different portals everything is right where we want it easy an accessible. Customer support is always there willing to work on any issues. I use it every day as part of my job and love how easy it is to get what I need from it. Implementation was so amazing and fast! Reporting is complicated but the field grabber has made it much easier. And with more complicated comes more in depth and useful once you get it figured out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Most helpful is the ADP onboarding and other sections actually explain each question or line that needs to be completed.I like that ADP is an all in one system for HR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The least helpful about ADP is when you call ADP and have to wait on hold. Sometimes when I need a created report, there is so many options that I have to delete or I get too much information that is unnecessary. There wasn't too much that I do not like about ADP. I have been using ADP every day for 20+ years and the system stays up to date with the needs of oranizations. It's relatively intuative and easy learn. The personal service of having a dedicated account manager offers personalized service for troubleshooting. Integrating ADP with other services is pretty painless with the proper support from the implemenation team. Our company uses several ADP Workforcenow features as well as outside Apps offered through the ADP Market Place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some portions of the system are not forgiving when errors, such as entering incorrect dates, are made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I mostly use the payroll dashboard in ADP. I have not used any other payroll systems so I can't compare ADP with other companies. I enjoy how simple ADP make the payroll process so easy. If I ever run into any issue, I can click on the chat button and get help right away and I love that the representative is able to cobrowse and walk me through how to correct the error. ADP has tons of options on the workforce to make HR and Payroll easy. We don't take advantage of everything that ADP has to offer, and this is why we attended the pro summit to learn more about ADP workforce and how it can help make our job easier. There is not much I dislike about ADP workforce now, I'm still new at using ADP and learning new things weekly. I would like to have instructions sheets on everything ADP has to offer. I know that there is a learn option in the workforce. I've notice that most to the learn is videos, which is great. I personal would like step by step instructions that I can read while attempting any process that ADP has to offer. The ADP pro summit was wonderful and helpful on learning a few tricks here and there to make the payroll process easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
