I really appreciate how user-friendly the Fyle app is—it makes it easy to scan receipts on the go, before they get lost. The Gmail integration is another great feature that simplifies adding receipts directly from my inbox. Overall, it has drastically reduced the time my team and I spend tracking credit card expenses. There are a few technical issues that can be frustrating. First, our company card occasionally disconnects from the platform, which creates a major headache for both our team and the accounting team, as we have to manually track down expenses we assumed were already syncing. Second, if I upload and split a receipt before the corresponding expense hits the credit card and syncs with Fyle, the system doesn’t recognize the split—resulting in a duplicate entry. Since I prefer to upload receipts right away to avoid losing them, this becomes an issue, especially with vendors like Amazon where purchases often show up as multiple charges. Fyle has made the process of submitting a monthly expense report exponentially faster. It used to be an extremely long process of collecting pdf documents and combining them into a merged file while also filling out an Excel form with duplicate information. Now I can store as I go in real time and the report is created almost automatically. This has been a game changer in processing an average of 30-45 expenses per month. Pending charges take a while to get cleared out of the queue when they are just for a hold on a card but an order doesn't actually get processed. Not a huge deal but there is no option to delete a pending charge we know will never hit the account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Love that it is linked to my work credit card so makes it really easy to code and add receipts via text message or email. I have found that sometimes an expense will come in twice and I am not able to merge those together so I have to submit the same receipt a couple times. I wish there was a way to merge two expenses as one. It has happened several times now. It also happened recently with an extra $.05 charge that was a second charge instead of on the main charge so that is just sitting in my account now as I don't have a receipt just for the $.05 so hoping it goes away on its own eventually! Fyle has streamlined our processes and made it much easier for us to code miscellaneous costs to jobs. Fyle sends an automatic reminder each time your card is used so that we can quickly attach a photo of a reciept. Our Accounting clerk no longer has to text and call several people each month when trying to reconcile our credit card transactions. I love that I can "drag and drop" or screenshot an invoice from my computer and quickly link it to the transaction. The interface is user friendly and integrates well with our current processes. The features are inutitive and easy to implement. I use Fyle everyday and takes the guesswork out of job costs. Customer support is quick to respond when we have any questions. Our organization has many card holders - Fyle makes it easy for users to upload documents and quickly label them. My team no longer has to spend hours of time manually tracking down missing receipts. The text notification feautre is an added benefit in helping to ensure no fraudulent charges go a month before being discovered. Fyle is a computer system so it's only as good as the data it gets. It is a bit touchy in making sure that all account names match - if anything is off, the data has to be manually corrected and there is no user friendly fix for that - though a fix does exist. There are a lot of great features from the card holder side, but from the accounting side it can be difficult to find comments or other things the card holders input anywhere except the transaction criteria fields. The ease with which all my transactions come to the dashboard, and I can easily reconcile all my receipts easily both on mobile and desktop applications. I use the platform every day to reconcile, and it automatically submits on Fridays! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My favorite part is that you can take a picture of your receipt and send it to the text you receive from Fyle. Fyle will then match that picture to that expense. It saves so much time. Even if you just need to upload a receipt, it is very easy to do.
