user friendly; implementation was easy as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paychex?

bad customer service. at the beginning of the business relationship everything was smooth, but once implemented they committed a serious mistake and no one helped to fix the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Paychex?

We began using Paychex Flex about three years ago. It reduced our in-house processing and replaced those roles with knowledgeable professionals. It is easy for staff to access all of their information as well as management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paychex?

Most of the information we need is easily accessible. However, when documents or information is not a frequently used item, there is a time lag in getting information from our customer support resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Paychex solving and how is that benefiting you?

In a small business, payroll can be cumbersome. Joining a larger poll of companies makes it achievable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simple to use, my payroll specialist always gets right back to me if I have a question, and always solves any problems I might have Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

some of the reports need to be set up by someone at paychex Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Paychex solving and how is that benefiting you?

payroll tax payments , I dont have to learn payroll taxes and who to pay when

also my workers comp reports, helps so I can report my employees hours to workers comp. insurance company accuratly and easily
