What do you like best about Paychex?

I like the ease of use in terms of navigation. On the user side for employees finding paystub information is super simple. I also love how seamlessly it works from desktop to mobile devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paychex?

There's a bit of having to back out to view things which can be cumbersome but since it's easy to navigate that's not a big deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I used to have to do payroll manually in excel and google sheets there were too many mistakes being made as well as inaccurate information causing issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Paychex?

The system is will organized and easy to use after a little training and occassional assitance from Paychex staff, which is not needed often. The General Ledger data is easy to download into QuickBooks after each payroll. The report options are many and very well done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was simple to use with easy layout of tools. Talking to a friend they were able to get support easily and had all the options they needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
