I like that I can do everything I need in one system and the automations. This includes the auto generation of invoices, reminder emails of appointments, letter templates that populate merge fields.

There is not much that I dislike like about Zanda. However, I don’t find the calendar to be that user friendly. Sometimes the calendar view can be in the wrong week if I have looked at the weeks in advance instead of returning to ‘today’ and so I have mistakenly booked clients into the wrong dates sometimes. Support is amazing when needed, they are always looking at new updates from feedback from clients of current process that could be improved. Support are fast to reply which is super helpful. One thing is for an "admin staff" to have calendar access they need to pay which is annoying, be great if "admin staff" could have a limited calendar access that can not bill for client things but can book staff meetings and such Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a solo, part-time private practice SLP, I was looking for an EMR system that was affordable but still offered certain features (paperless intakes, customizable templates, etc.) and Zanda is fantastic for the price! It didn't take me long to figure out how to get everything set up. The customization of forms and notes is great. They recently added an AI feature for notes which is saving me so much time! I also appreciate that the couple times I've had an issue, Zanda has been super responsive via email and always gets the problem fixed quickly. I've tried and searched for many different personal training admin solutions and I'm happy to finally be using Zanda. Many of the others have the drawback of trying to be an all-in-one solution by bundling in tools such as exercise programming and nutrition. This results in higher prices whilst not providing the best in class for those specific tools.
Zanda has worked well and was a seamless transfer from the old system. It was customisable enough that there is a work around when I needed to do something specific due to a client's requirement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is not the tool for Personal Trainers looking for nutrition and exercise programming but it is perfect if you are just after scheduling (including SMS reminders), invoicing, and client's notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easier to keep track of everything as each client has an account, which you can use for SMS/email reminders, booking in, payments, templates to save time etc.
I love the staff at Zanda - super patient and friendly and always on hand to help. They reply by email normally within 24 hours,sometimes 48, and if you get stuck, book in a Zoom call to discuss. They are friendly. helpful and generous with their time and expertise.
I don't consider myself "techie" but I have been able to figure this out with their help and actually I'd say the software is pretty intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm not sure it can get much better but I haven't used other similar software to be honest, so hard to compare. But I can say my first experience using this kind of software, has been an overwhelmingly positive experience, and not looking back!
I did let Zanda team known that I think the video software ought to be Zoom as it's so much better than what they were using for me as a clinician, and guess what - Zoom is now integrated. They listened to customer feedback and delivered! I cancelled my Zoom subscription saving some money too.
The only thing I don't like is the SMS costs. I seem to spend quite a lot, making the overall cost much more than I would like, so have started using my phone more often now to save that cost, but then again if you want to or can afford that within your business, go for it, it does make it easier and faster, and again - keeps everything "all in one place" and connected to the client's account, which is more convenient and professional. I like the fact that Zanda supports every aspect of my business: appointments, invoices, video calls, client booking portal etc. It has reduced my admin hours and has reduced my time on appointment bookings as people can book their own time slots. The introduction of AI has also made a significant difference when it comes to writing client notes. I'm looking forward to future updates that will also write reports and emails. Zanda is a streamlined easy to use software businss system for Allied Health practitioners. It meets all of my clinical needs and has great psychology session templates.
