The individual profiles and audio cues offer a spark every time a set milestone is achieved. The ability to award points for these allows users to collect currency towards a fully customisable "store" which you can load with any rewards you choose. A fun visualisation of your KPIs to create good competitive culture. You can also share the URL across any location so milestones achieved via different offices can be celebrated allowing for greater connectivity.

We have unlimited ways to customize data, and we keep it running on large screens in our office to display several key metrics. Members of the sales team have said they feel it's motivating to walk in each morning & see how they are doing. I think aesthetically, it looks better than the competition. The sales team was great to work with. Our account representative is extremely persistent in terms of outreach and scheduling check-ins. I don't need to meet with anyone since things are going fine; I feel that just a few outreach attempts would be sufficient. It was very quick and easy to get going. I was able to do just about everything on my own, but Spinify still provided great support by introducing a CSM, scheduling a call, and helping me get started on things I didn't know Spinify could do. Spinify has been an inperative tool for our business in tracking KPIs and performance of team members and being able to quickly identifiy team members that may require additional coaching. It is also an incredible tool for motivating staff members!
