What do you like best about 800.com?

I only needed to use the service for a few months, but ended up keeping it longer. They made amazing offers for me to extend my 1800 number and I greatly appreciated the opportunity to keep it even after it was no longer profitable for my business use.

The ability to set automated messages or redirects with the 1800 number was seamless. I could make multiple phones ring at the same time when someone would call. So there would never be a missed call. Highly recommend their service, pricing highly competitive! Quality of their platform, simple yet robust. Looking forward to using the service again. What do you like best about 800.com?

We needed a toll free number and I tried many different sites. Most were complicated and I had to pay extra to have any control over what number we got. 800.com was easy to implement, affordable, and we were able to easily choose what number to use for our toll free number. The phone number search feature made finding a new number easy, and the web console is very intuitive. We have been using 800.com for about five years now and have never had any issues. The service has been extremely reliable.

When we first set up the service, it was incredibly easy. The portal provided a way to type part of the number and see available options. There was a short delay after the initial request before we were assigned the number and could configure it, which was also simple: we just entered our local number for calls to be forwarded to. What do you like best about 800.com?

I like the dashboard. It's easy to set up your number and handle all the functions. You can, even, Round Robin calls with multiple team members. I like that, as, sometimes, I may not be able to take a call because of travel or meetings. I haven't had any issues of it going down; it seems to work just fine all the time. I have been a user for several years and not had any concerns. I was looking to move to a different company due to cost, but they found me a plan that worked within my budget and I was all set. What do you dislike about 800.com?

Many companies don't have phone support anymore. This company, also, does not have phone support. I wish they did. Not that I require phone support all the time, but the one time i did, for a billing question, I just wanted to talk to someone and not wait for an email. Anyhow, they got back to me with my question on email the next day and it was worked out. So, not too bad, but still companies need to go back to phone support. What do you like best about 800.com?
