We needed a toll free number and I tried many different sites. Most were complicated and I had to pay extra to have any control over what number we got. 800.com was easy to implement, affordable, and we were able to easily choose what number to use for our toll free number. I like the dashboard. It's easy to set up your number and handle all the functions. You can, even, Round Robin calls with multiple team members. I like that, as, sometimes, I may not be able to take a call because of travel or meetings. I haven't had any issues of it going down; it seems to work just fine all the time. I have been a user for several years and not had any concerns. I was looking to move to a different company due to cost, but they found me a plan that worked within my budget and I was all set. Many companies don't have phone support anymore. This company, also, does not have phone support. I wish they did. Not that I require phone support all the time, but the one time i did, for a billing question, I just wanted to talk to someone and not wait for an email. Anyhow, they got back to me with my question on email the next day and it was worked out. So, not too bad, but still companies need to go back to phone support.
