What do you like best about Crossbeam?

There's so much I like about Crossbeam and it's ease of use, but its foundational account mapping feature by way of a really simple CRM connection is invaluable. It not only makes it really easy to identify which partner(s) to collaborate with during a sales cycle, but also simplifies partner evaluation, identifying beta customer for a new integration, or spotting co-marketing opps and more.

I also absolutely love the innovation around Crossbeam for Sales. The Chrome extension is one of my favorite features and makes ecosystem discovery super easy and delivers insights to sales teams where they are working in a very clear, actionable way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crossbeam?

Very few dislikes! One or two minor things like being able to rename default populations or a bit more flexibility with CRM customizations. I also think it cold be helpful to share partner contacts at a connected partner (to help as people make moves and teams grow). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?

Crossbeam creates visibility into and impact of a partnerships strategy across the entire lifecycle of customer. More specifically, Crossbeam:

- Eliminates a lot of manual work and guesswork of identifying the right partners to engage in a deal cycle, but instead allows the team to uncover partner opportunities with much more efficiency, reliability, and proactivity.

- Provides actual data to develop a business case to build a partnership.

- Removes bottlenecks with regard to ensuring sales teams have ecosystem information.

- Offers clear insights to highlight the value of a partner strategy and specific ecosystem partners.

What do you like best about Crossbeam?

Ease of use. Ease of linking to other partners and finding data. Report creation. There are so many things "easy" about Crossbeam that is has become a critical element in our Technology/Integration partner evaluation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crossbeam?

Recently Crossbeam has been changing elements from free to subscription without notification other than pop up in UI. Frustrating, especially in December when it's the end of the sales year for most and getting last-minute deals closed.

Also, I wish when a partner invite is sent, the person's role within the organization was included; is the invite a corporate initiative or simply an AE looking for data? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Crossbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a straightforward way to evaluate Technology Partners for the value they have in the market. Could we leverage common customers to solution build an integration? Would we have adopters of the integration? And could we securely answer these questions? Before Crossbeam we would send Excel spreadsheets back and forth or review over conference calls. What do you like best about Crossbeam?

I love how easy it is to build into our existing systems and processes once we get it all implemented. I also loved the support team at Crossbeam. What do you dislike about Crossbeam?

I dislike that I am limited in the types of fields I can add to Crossbeam. Depending on the type of partnership, sometimes we want to share some strange data. I think Crossbeam would be best if it were more of a data sandbox, where once we make a valid connection via the URL or whatever else is used to match, we can do whatever we want with the data we share / use. What do you like best about Crossbeam?

Reveal has been really great to work with. We are both users of their platform, and have plugged their platform into our own technology. It's been quite useful to map the features across our ecosystems and evaluate how our partners can align to our sales process. I feel quite comfortable working with them, and their team has been extremely good supporting our head of partnerships. They've been easy for him to use, their integration was straightforward, and we've gotten to a point where we're using the platform quite frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crossbeam?

Can't think of any. I do belive that the comparable platforms in this area all seem to service slightly different segments of the partnerships arena. In looking at where each shines, I feel like Reveal is the most well rounded. We are a partner ecosystem platform ourselves that provide partners with the ability to manage their engagements with vendors at scale. Reveal plugs right in and gives a view of potential sales that is quite difficult to get from the other features in the platform. What do you like best about Crossbeam?

Their ability to fully understand the dynamics of our ecosystem requirements and working with multi-vendor approach in building techstack that is fully tailored to partner and client use not to mention the ability of Reveal technology to be tailored and reflect on the very specific needs of our organization. Last but not least is the UI and integration into our platform with and ease of implementation with our partners.
