Being able to collaborate with other areas of the business in one place. Current and future developments of AI to enhance our responses and make our bid process more efficient. The library which is easy to use and maintain allowing us to keep our content up to date. Being able to tag other team members on comments to highlight any issues or raise anything to them they may need to know. The machine learning aspect to again further help enhance our responses. It was straight forward to implement and looks like it will be easy to get it to integrate without other systems such as Seismic and salesforce. Newman is always on hand to help with anything we're struggling with. We use this system every single day for most of the tenders we get through (if they're suitable to be loaded in). Cant work on the original source doc outside of Loopio for the bits that arent suitable to be loaded in until youve exported everything out, have o wait to export all responses in Loopio to be able to then do the other bits. Some word docs and spreadsheets we receive arent always suitable format wise to go in to Loopio making it hard to load them in and fully work in Loopio and not have to do things after exporting. Time difference support wise can be an issue when we have problem first thing in the morning this doesnt get picked up till the afternoon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Loopio is a one-stop shop for proposal needs. From importing a questionnaire, to prefill, to the collaborative project workspace and review cycle functionalities, it really does it all. The generative AI functionality in Loopio is very good and continues to evolve. I love that Loopio is always thinking ahead and innovating. They have a robust product roadmap that covers AI, integrations, as well as other items that will allow teams to automate and operate more efficiently. On top of that, they have top notch customer service. Overall, Loopio has improved the way our entire proposal and sales teams work on proposals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not experienced any downsides of using Loopio. My one piece of constructive feedback I've provided to Loopio is that I'd love to see additional enhancements geared toward content management/administrative items such as additional or expanded dashboards and reporting. I do believe these are both items on Loopio's future roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best feature about Loopio is magic and more recently Generative AI.
The feature magic allows you to respond to your RFXs at a click of a button if you have a clean, precise and reviewed library.
With Generative AI, again if you have a library that up-to-date then you can let Gen AI do most of the heavy lifting. Another really good feature that also has to do with AI is the "Edit with AI" the prompts I've used so far have given me great results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the tedious work of keep the library up-to-date but the results are worth the effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Loopio enables us to draft and respond to new solicitations much faster than we did before we adopted it. We love being able to access and revise our content library quickly and easily. I especially appreciate the ability to tag content (for instance, responses to cover both US and UK operations practices). The platform is intuitive and rich with helpful features. I have explored Loopio features in detail, and I have yet to find anything that I don't like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We answer 100% of our RFPs with Loopio expect the ones we need to answer in a website, but we take a copy of it and add it to Loopio.
Honestly, the library feature is a game changer. We've built up our own content repository over time and now I don't have to write the same responses over and over again. It's saved us tons of time, especially when we're juggling multiple RFPs with the same deadline.
What I really appreciate is how the search works - you can actually see what questions are in your current project vs what's already in your library. This helps me spot gaps where we should probably add more standard responses.
The Magic feature is pretty cool too. We're aiming to automate about 50-60% of our RFP work with it, and when it works well, it really speeds things up. Our team collaboration has definitely improved since we started using Loopio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The AI Magic responses are hit or miss. Even when I crank up the accuracy settings and we have a pretty mature library, it still makes stuff up sometimes. I wish it would just say "hey, I can't find anything relevant for this question" instead of hallucinating answers. That would actually be more helpful.
The duplicate finder could use some work too. When I'm trying to move questions from a project into our library, I get a bunch of suggestions but no way to bulk select them. It's tedious to go through one by one, especially when you're dealing with a lot of content.
When I remove the access to a user, ideally, they should be removed from the list of users, but your tool shows all the users including the deactivated ones confusing me. Imagine I add and change 20 users, it is hard.
If I assign a question to someone, ideally, they should receive that question in Microsoft Teams add-on you provided but they only get notified that they have been added to the project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Loopio helps to run magic on the library and past projects. We can import the questionnaire and directly start working on it. it allows giving the status of the project to sales and SME's. Loopio has new AI feature helps to edit the answer fetched by magic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Loopio is not able to catch the precise answers from the library after running magic. Loopio is not made to import complex questionnaires, which we have to always do manually. Loopio is limited to importing one file at a time; instead of that we should be able to attach multiple documents in one go. The generate answer tab never works until you select a particular section of the library. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Loopio is an easy content management tool that I have been using for 3 years now. My team has been using it for more then 3 years. We have a dedicated technical expert who helped us with implementation and how to use it. We also had a few sessions with our Customer Success Manager from Loopio who shared a tips or two on how to use Loopio effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is easy to create and execute Projects from MS Excel. However, Loopio needs to work more on PPTs and Word. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Loopio has significantly reduced the time we spend on RFP responses. The interface is intuitive, and the content library makes it easy to store and reuse approved answers. What I love the most is the collaboration feature—it keeps everyone on the same page without long email threads. It's been a game-changer for our proposal team. The UI could be a bit more modern in certain areas. While it's functional, some screens feel slightly outdated or require a few extra clicks to get where you want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
How it's utilising AI to drive value and efficiency Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's missing some basic features / functionality that you'd expect to see with any knowledge management tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Loopio makes it easy to search content, prepend and append answers, and tailor and review content to keep it fresh and relevant. The import feature works well and consistently uploads what I choose each time. We use Loopio frequently to manage our proposal operations and it's easy to assign sections to other users or guests. Loopio was reasonably easy to implement, and in 10 months of use we have not needed to contact customer support with any issues. We also love Loopio's integrations with Salesforce, which makes Go/No Go decisions measurable and transparent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, there's nothing I dislike about the platform. I know there are ways to work more powerfully within the platform and I'll learn those in time. Loopio has been just right for what my company needed to improve content and proposal turnaround time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
