This has been the best system so far! Paychex Flex has everything and houses all our employee matters in one system, that they have access to as well (well, the access we allow them to have!)
It is so customizable to each employee and different groups, and customer service is out of this world!
We even have our insurance linked directly to this which makes my job so much easier.
I love that i can see every aspect that has to do with employees and time all in one place.

Some of our drivers on the road say the new update feature makes it hard for them to clock in and out quickly due to the 'security verification code'. But most of our drivers dont have an issue at all, so it may be something easily fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's all pretty good, except it would be nice to have the ability to put payroll in a "cue", and then have it automatically submit before the due date.
For example: I set up payroll, then schedule it to automatically submit on a certain date (2 days prior to End of Pay Period). If I don't log in and make any changes, the system automatically submits it for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
