One of the most easy to use , well organized and frequently used platform for setting up official as well as personal meetings and calls with single member as well as large group meetings with no time restriction and proper audio, video options with additional features like recording and screen sharing as well as remote control over screen options. Zoom Workplace is a powerful upgrade from the classic Zoom we all know, bringing everything together in one seamless platform including video calls, chat, file sharing, whiteboards, email, and calendar tools. It’s easy to implement and fits right into your existing workflow with simple integration into tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Slack. Despite all the added features, it remains clean and intuitive, making it easy to use every day without feeling overwhelmed. The smart AI features really stand out by automatically summarizing meetings, highlighting action items, and taking notes for you. Video and audio quality are consistently excellent, whether you’re in a one-on-one or a large group meeting. Zoom Workplace scales well for individuals or teams and helps keep everyone connected and organized. Customer service is also easy to reach and quick to help when needed. It’s so convenient and reliable that you’ll probably find yourself using it more than you expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Zoom Workplace has a lot of great features, there are a few things that aren’t as helpful. If you’re just using it for basic video calls, all the extra tools like whiteboards, chat, and AI features can feel like too much and a bit confusing. Sometimes the app sends too many notifications, which can be distracting if you don’t adjust the settings. A few useful features are also kind of hidden, so you might miss them unless you go looking. The free version is limited too—you don’t get the advanced features or longer meeting times unless you pay for a plan. And on older computers, Zoom Workplace can feel a little slow or laggy, especially when using more demanding tools like screen sharing or whiteboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although Zoom encrypts data during transmission, it does not provide genuine end-to-end encryption (E2EE), which may lead to privacy issues for certain users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zoom Workplace is useful for basic communication; it can become resource-heavy and laggy on lower-end devices during large meetings. Its advanced features are often hidden behind paywalls, which limits functionality for users on the free tier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the app takes longer to load or crashes when you have a weak internet connection. Also, recurring links can be messy if changes aren’t reflected instantly. Improved file sharing and whiteboard options would enhance team collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using Zoom Workplace from quite sometime now but never found any issues or there is nothing that is to be disliked. It's all perfect all the time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The quality is very good for meetings, it's very easy to use, I love the AI features - Zoom is now able to take notes like an actual assistant, if you missed something in the meeting you are able to ask the assist and it provides you a response. You are able to access meetings as a guest, and you can have meeting integrated to your Google calendar. Zoom is my go to app for meetings, regardless of the number for apps there are currently, I've never needed to reach out to customer service, however, they check in to ensure all is well and send emails to introduce the new updates. The web platform is also very handy, and allows you FULL control! I am able to share recoded meeting, view past meetings from myself and team members (scheduled or recorded), share meetings, set alternative hosts, add team members into different group or departments, run reports etc. I use Zoom every single day. What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how it enables me to connect with adults with disabilities from around the globe, breaking down physical and geographic barriers so we can focus on building trust, support, and community—no matter where they are. Features like breakout rooms, live captions, and screen sharing make sessions more accessible and interactive, helping me tailor support to each individual's needs.
