Unfortunately, Remote does not provide a local Thai phone number or support line for such verifications. This makes it difficult for employees in Thailand to get approved for financial services like credit cards, even if they are legitimately employed through the app.

Their expense reimbursement policy is a bit convuluted for EOR employees in Spain, and it would have been nice to have a live meeting to go over this intead of just being sent documentation.

What could be improved is the onboarding with Remote: to better understand the contract, being explained in detail about it and the salary and taxes involved, and in general get more clarity at the beginning about those things, and also about how Remote works and its platform.
