What do you like best about Rippling?

Rippling offers a wide range of services and acts as a one stop destination for all my needs, right from attendance and leave management to payslip and onboarding tracking.

In times of need i can always turn to rippling to solve my issues because of a versatile customer support. Rippling has become a integral part of my day to day activity and its customisability and smooth integration and implementation within my organisation makes it very easy to pick up and pass it on to the new employees. What do you dislike about Rippling?

I would like to see rippling implement more features in the future that will help me access all my required work related information and tasks in one place.

What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rippling acts as a one stop destination for all my needs and demands by doing so it saves me a lot of time and effort that i can direct towards my work improving my efficiency and providing to the company. It removes the burden of keeping track of my leaves and payslips. Tasks assigned to me by my manager are notified and i am always on top of my work.

What do you like best about Rippling?

Most of my experience is as an end user of Rippling. I find it really easy to file for time off, view my organizational data, and perform benefits changes. I have used these all roughly monthly, and find them really great to use. I feel that the approvals happen smoothly and I am notified when needed, and no more than that. In these ways, Rippling is pretty straightforward, and for that I'm grateful. It really is a nice product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

I am also an end user of Rippling MDM, and I feel that this offering from them is lacking. I use MacOS. My organization has set up policies for there to be default programs (reasonable), but when implemented in Rippling it reorganizes the icons in my dock and resizes the dock every time my computer is restarted.

I also have an edge case of a situation for their benefits enrollment, and sometimes my year-end selections end up being jumbled a little with my healthcare provider. When that has happened, their support has been very responsive, but it's still a headache to deal with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rippling?

I’ve been using Rippling for about a week now, and overall, I’m really impressed. The platform is super user-friendly, and I love how everything is integrated—payroll, benefits, and employee management all in one place. It’s made my job so much easier, especially the automated onboarding process. Setting up new hires is quick and painless. I also appreciate how smooth the payroll runs, with no issues so far. What do you dislike about Rippling?

The main downside I've noticed so far is that some features can be a bit confusing at first, especially when it comes to managing personal info or benefits. It took me a little time to figure out how to navigate everything, and the layout could be a bit more intuitive. Also, while the platform is pretty reliable, there were a couple of instances where it took a little longer to load or refresh certain pages. Rippling is really helping streamline my onboarding process for my sales development role at Owner.com. It’s solving the problem of having to jump between multiple systems to get all the info I need. Everything from signing documents to setting up benefits to accessing training materials is in one place, which saves me a ton of time. I’ve also been able to quickly update my personal info and get familiar with company policies without any confusion. It’s making the whole onboarding process smoother and less stressful. What do you like best about Rippling?

What I like best about Rippling is definitely the sheer integration power, especially how it ties HR and IT together. Being able to onboard a new hire and have their payroll, benefits, and even their laptop setup and software accounts provisioned automatically from one spot is a game-changer. What do you dislike about Rippling?

My biggest dislike would be the cost; it can get pricey, especially as you add modules beyond the core HR/payroll. While it does a lot, sometimes the user interface feels a bit dense or less intuitive for specific, less common tasks compared to simpler, single-purpose tools. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rippling is primarily solving the massive headache of having disconnected HR, payroll, benefits, and IT systems. Before Rippling, we spent hours doing manual data entry across 4-5 different platforms just for onboarding one person or managing changes. Now, most of that is automated within one system. This benefits us hugely by saving tons of admin time, reducing errors from manual input, and making the employee experience, especially joining or leaving, much smoother and professional. What do you like best about Rippling?

I like the simplicity of it all. It's quite intuitive. I have worked at multiple call centers and have used multiple different platforms such as ADP and Workday, but Rippling is definintely the one I would consider using if I ever had the need to use one. I loved the video tutorials when signing in to the platform because it made it so much easier to understand it, but even without them it really is easy to grasp its use. What do you like best about Rippling?

I love how easy it is to approve vacation/PTO requests directly through my email without having to even open Rippling. I also find the PTO request function very easy to use, and easy to see how many days I have left at any point in time. Managing downward and upward review feature we just started using this year and it was so much simpler to keep track of my progress using this feature. What do you dislike about Rippling?

The only thing I dislike is having to use the Authy authenticator app to get into my account. It is annoying to have to pull out my cell phone each time to do this. What do you like best about Rippling?

First, the service I have received since I started using Rippling has been top-notch. They are quick to respond and very driven to get me the help that I need. Secondly, this platform is easy to navigate, and this comes from someone who is not super tech-smart. Lastly is Rippling's global capabilities including EOR services, Global Employment Platforms (GEP), Contractor Management Software, and Mu;ti-county payroll software. Honestly, I do not see a downside. The challenges are no different than any other HRIS platform. All companies connect you first to a bot to assist you. What do you like best about Rippling?

I love that there is also an app not just the web based interaction. The icons are organized in a good manner. Since the first time I used it I could easily maneuver the site. I like that we can see our pay stubs here. I haven't had any immediate issues so there hasn't been a need to reach out to customer service. I use rippling everyday that I work so about 5 days a week. It’s great that Rippling unifies payroll, benefits, HR and IT all into one convenient tool. Onboarding and offboarding are greatly enhanced by automating these sections. When a new person is hired, their payroll, any benefits they enroll in and software logins are all done automatically for them. Even though integrations are a strong feature, some unusual connections may be a bit tougher to install. Reporting on data could be improved by allowing for better and more convenient customization. Using Rippling, you can manage employee information and related processes in just one system. Previously, the duties of handling HR, payroll and IT provision required different software which meant each time an employee joined, left or switched roles, we would have to duplicate data and have the teams work together. Currently, everything happens under one roof. Because of this, employee data remains the same across all platforms, workflows take care of all steps and manual efforts are greatly reduced, errors cut down and onboarding becomes much faster.
