Rippling's advertisement and notifications can be a bit much but Rippling is very good about listening to their customers and always updating their products to make them even more efficient. Rippling has been smooth, organized, and user -friendly for me. I always double-check my time clock-ins and clock-outs to see if my total work hours are correct. It's all accurate and I never experienced problems checking and even downloading my paystubs. It's easy to use and unlike other platforms, I never experience glitches or troubles using it. I like the simplicity of the app. Through six jobs, my payday has never been easier. I love the emails they send out on payday. Onboarding was also super convenient; took no longer than ten minutes maximum. It's nice having my starting date, job title, and other valuable information in one place to reference. Finally, tax season has never been easier with Rippling. My documents were all easily made available and I didn't have to go down to a corporate rabbuthole to find them. I recently transitioned to Rippling under an EOR (Employer of Record) contract, and the entire process has been impressively smooth. From day one, it felt like nothing had changed on my end which is a true testament to how seamless and well-managed the transition was.

One drawback I've noticed is that when you're in the middle of a workflow and need to access a different HR process, the system keeps redirecting you back to the original workflow until it's completed. Having worked with many payroll systems, I find Rippling to be one that is user friendly. There is always a learning curve when switching payroll systems, but with Rippling, I didn't feel like I was starting from scratch. I love discovering features I wasn't aware of that make my work easier. I have not needed to contact customer support, and use Rippling bi weekly to input time on timecards, approve PTO, and then whenever I need to access my own PTO requests, check my balances or review check stubs. I prefer to have a submit button when I finish putting in or making changes to a time card... I always feel like, "did I do it right?" after I put in my time because you just put it in and your done. Our company's HR, Technology, and general organization was a bit of a mess when I took over. ADP only made it worse. It does take a well established company some time to get everything set up in Rippling; however I really can't say enough just how worth it this platform has been. Rippling has changed my work life and has saved me so many hours spent on manual processes and automated them.
Rippling is also VERY responsive to feedback and is constantly looking to improve. If there is something the platform can't do right off the bat, and you submit feedback for it, it will most likely be in the rollout of new features over the next 6 months. AMAZING!!! They actually listen AND take action!!!
The customer service team is very quick to resolve any issues, questions, or concerns, if they are not able to resolve them immediately. I use Rippling all day every day and love every second of it.

The ONLY thing I can say that I dislike about Rippling is the pricing. It's more expensive than other HRIS platforms, and almost everything is an add on that I have to convince our leadership to approve .... while I hate having to do this ... it really is the only downside; because it's been so worth it! Payroll has been a breeze to set up and run. I enjoy the simplicity and automation. The implementation process has been great and the implementation team has been very helpful. Currently the Spend platform doesn't have a robust training catalogue like the rest of the Rippling modules. Another pain point is the amount of time it takes for money to be delivered to vendors using the bill pay platform. 4 business days for US based payments and 11 days for international. If this could be reduced it would be fantastic. Another small pain point is the limited access to the customer support during implementation. I love its sleek, automated approach on both payroll and HR Management. The interface is super easy to navigate and use. We are a global company so it is great to get everyone under the same umbrella instead of having to use numerous platforms. Also, it’s super easy to integrate with other tools and pretty intuitive. I don't use it every day but Rippling definitely has a good interface and tons of features packed into one platform. All that options can sometimes feel overwhelming but in general I don't mind it. If I have to pick one thing it's that only admins have access to live chat for support so if an employee has any questions he/she would have to direct those questions to them.
